The curriculum is based on Nurse Coaching principles, theory, and research.  Nurse Coaching is an emerging sub-specialty of nursing that puts the needs of the individual above the needs of the system.

The approach is “person-first” and provides support for all aspects of SELF.  The holistic model recognizes that the integration of body, mind, and spirit is essential for healing and well-being.
