When worry creeps in, remember that everything passes. Nothing is forever.
We all worry. It is part of being human to create “what if” scenarios about things we encounter or imagine. They help us trouble shoot and problem solve. But too often we become overly concerned with our worries and feel stuck. Remember a worry is about a future event that hasn’t happened. Take action if it is prudent, but don’t cling to the fear that worry stirs up. Choose to focus on something else. Let it go. It will pass. The future will arrive just as it should, whether you worry or not.
