Are there things in your life you want to change? Hoping and wishing happen in the future. You must declare it out loud, really loud, and then take one step today towards your goals and your desires. Go for a walk. Graph your blood sugars. Make that appointment. Pick up the phone. Have the conversation. Empty the bottle. Buy the new shoes. Submit your resume. Outline that book. Book the audition. Clean up the clutter.
You know in your heart what it is, just take a step towards YOU! Speak it loudly. Then DO IT!
