The key to change is understanding what you believe
Most of the choices we make every day are an automatic reflex to what we have experienced in our past and what we believe about ourselves. Our beliefs are the lens through which we view the world and dictate most of what happens to us. Willpower is fighting against what we believe. When we change how we see things, we change what we believe and our behaviors naturally change. So much easier this way. Less struggle.
