Worrying is a choice. If you catch yourself thinking about all the “what ifs”, choose to stop and refocus on “what is”. Look for some bit of positive to help you become more grounded. All you can change is right this moment. You can choose to #FeelBetter. It’s hard at first, but so worth it!
