This photo was taking many years ago when I organized a group of fellow diabetics to participate in the ADA Walk for Diabetes.  It was very special to share this event with a group of some very dear friends and a few new friends.  I learned so much.  It reminded me that we are never alone and there are so many of us in this “club”.  We all had different ways of managing our diabetes, yet we all understood the struggle.  The support from others with diabetes filled up a little bit of the aloneness in my heart.   #DiabetesLife
