Newsy Tuesday – Spring Break from Diabetes Stress

Time to take a break from diabetes stress and worry?  Ignoring diabetes doesn’t make it go away, but we can take a mental break!  I love these recommendations to help us chill out and relax.  Yoga and meditation are my favorites!  My kids call it “napping” LOL!!!  Not on this list, but high on mine is the hour long bubble bath!  What is your favorite?
