What is your “I am”?

“I am sick.”  “I am diabetic.” “I am tired.” “I am stuck.”
Do these words roll around in your head or off your tongue from time to time? Make sure to save them for when you really are experiencing that feeling. When they become a habit or your catch phrase, you may be creating a self-fulfilling prophecy. Consider changing the tape that is playing in your head to include the best parts about you!  “I am capable!” “I am persistent!”  “I am strong!” “I am on purpose!” “I am living MY life!”
